Product Notification re UNDOK

Further to our original message below, as a temporary measure for iOS27 users, we have found an alternate app on Apple’s App Store called LOEWE RADIO, that controls our legacy models including MRx. The layout of the app is identical to UNDOK, so existing users should have no problem in using this alternate option. You can see details about the app here.

We have just discovered that the UNDOK app supplied to us by Frontier Smart Technologies Ltd and used to control a selection of our legacy models is not currently compatible with the Apple’s latest iOS27 release and will not open when selected. We are talking with Frontier on this matter and hope to have a fix soon, so your patience is appreciated. The Android version of UNDOK currently works fine.

In terms of operation, customers using any of these legacy models that feature a display should not really be affected by this situation, as these units can all be setup and operated without the need of the UNDOK app, but for our MRx model, we understand that some form of functioning App is required, particularly if you use MRx to listen to internet radio stations. If you primarily use MRx for Bluetooth, Spotify Connect and Line-In playback and it is already connected to your network, then everything should work as normal, but should you do need to renew a connection or connect MRx to a different network, this can still be done using a computer browser as explained here.
