My system won’t play CDs

If your unit fails to play CDs from new then it is likely that the mech may have been damaged during transit. If you think that this may be the case, please contact us so we can offer assistance.

Secondly, it is important to ensure that your CDs are clean and free from scratches. If one CD doesn’t play, please try others to see if these are OK. If playback problems persist, then please again contact us so we can help to troubleshoot and resolve.
