How do I check my software is up to date?

We try to launch products with software which is stable and bug free, but if bugs are found, then with our connected products we are able to offer online updates. Online updates will only be offered if a new software version is available, so don’t worry if no software is available, as this indicates that your product is working as it should.

To check for software updates, firstly your system must be set-up and connected to the internet. After this, press the MENU button and then scroll down to ‘System’. Click to select and then scroll down until you see ‘Software Update’. Clicking on this option will open up a new screen which gives you the option to set to automatically download updates if they are available or to manually check now. If a software update is available you will be asked if you want to install and proceed. During this time it is vital that the system is not touched or interrupted as this could cause corruption of the update.
