The CD will not eject on my new R3

This answer applies to:

• R3 Mk1
• R3S

If you cannot eject the CD on your new R3 and you hear a whirring noise, then the likely cause is that the front grille has been forced down to far during transit. To resolve this, the grille needs to be prised forward by a mm or so. This video shows what to do, but if you need further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.
