The CD will not eject on my R3

This answer applies to:

• R3 Mk1
• R3S

If you cannot eject the CD on your R3 and you hear a whirring noise, then the likely cause is that the front grille has been forced in during transit. To resolve this, the grille needs to be prised forward by a mm or so. This video shows what to do, but if you need further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

If the CD player does not appear to be working at all, even when you've selected the CD source and have tried disconnecting and reapplying power, then please contact us directly for advice and help.
