My R7 appears to be ‘locked’ in start up mode

If your R7 appears to be ‘locked’ in start-up mode, press the power button either on the front of R7 or the remote. This should start sending R7 into standby mode, but before this happens quickly press the menu button and then on the display you should see a menu from which you can select your desired source. This shortcut usually resolves this issue, but should you need further assistance please do not hesitate to contact us.
