Low volume when using USB audio connection

When you use the USB audio connection on MR1 Mk3 it is your computer or device that controls the volume, so if the gain is not set correctly then the sound output may appear lower (or sometimes higher) than other sources, such as Bluetooth. To adjust the gain, please refer to ‘Adjusting Audio input levels on MR1 Mk3’ also on our MR1 Mk3 Q&A’s. If the level still seems low after adjusting the USB input gain, reset MR1 Mk3 and set levels again. A reset is done by holding the Input Level/Reset key for five seconds.
