I suddenly have no Internet Radio!

Firstly, check that your internet connection is working by checking with another device such as your phone. If all appears okay, turn off the power to your Ruark, wait a few seconds, and then re-apply power. Your Ruark will then restart and establish a fresh connection, and this will usually resolve such problems.
If the problem persists, our Internet Radio service provider (Airable) may be performing essential maintenance. This is unusual, however if service is not restored within a few hours and you would like to report the issue, they welcome customer feedback via their support page.
