How to perform a system reset?

This answer applies to:

• R410
• R610
• R810

Very occasionally systems may lock-up, or appear unresponsive to inputs from the RotoDial controller. The best way to resolve this is to perform a full factory reset. To do this, press and hold down the power button for around 10 seconds or until the system resets and then follow set-up instructions as if setting up a new unit.
