How should I position my Talisman-Rs for best sound?

For best stereo sound we recommend that the Talisman-Rs should be positioned 200-250cm apart with the rear of the speakers around 15-20cm from the rear wall. Ideally avoid placing them in corners or alcoves as this can severely affect the tonal balance. Talisman-R provide excellent sound dispersion, but for the best stereo imaging we recommend placing them equidistant from your listening position.

Most importantly for quality sound, good room acoustics are a priority. If when you talk your room sounds hollow or boomy, then some simple remedies will make a big difference to the sound you hear. Soft furnishings certainly help, but also adding rugs and curtains to stop reflections will make a big difference.
