How do I re-pair my remote if connection is lost?

This answer applies to:

• R5 Mk1
• R7 Mk3

Connection between the remote and product pairing may occasionally be lost, particularly if the remote battery is running low on power. To reconnect hold the remote close to display and press and hold the volume/select knob to pair. A successful pair is indicated by a more solid flash of the remote’s LED and the words “Remote Paired” will be displayed on screen. If you have trouble pairing please ensure that the battery in the remote is fresh, as a low battery will make pairing less reliable.
