Named ‘Celebration’ in honour of the festive party season, our latest brew hits all the right notes. Specifically, those of tropical and citrus fruits, and even Christmas pine. And to really flex our connoisseur muscles – our New England style session IPA has a smooth, full mouthfeel and a perfectly balanced soft bitterness. It pairs wonderfully with a turkey, even better with the dulcet tones of Chris Rea or Kirsty MacColl on your favourite Ruark radio.
Local artist, Neil Fendell, has also come back on board to design another gorgeous natural alloy label. This is the third time we’ve worked with Neil, who also provided the original artwork for ‘Ruark ‘n’ Roll Pale Ale’ and our summer beer ‘Beach Hut Brew’. The illustration is reminiscent of (and most likely foreshadowing) many a team Christmas party around our R1 – a non-negotiable staple for any festive occasion.
While ‘Celebration’ is a one-off beer exclusively for our extended Ruark team, if you’re in the mood for a brew, we highly recommend that you check out Leigh on Sea Brewery’s full offering which includes our now award-winning summer collaboration beer, ‘Beach Hut Brew.’
