Why can’t I see the MR1s on my Bluetooth device?

This answer applies to MR1 Mk1 MR1 Mk2

This could happen for a variety of reasons all of which are easily resolvable:

1. When you first power on the MR1’s (out of the box) it may take up to one minute for them to become visible to other Bluetooth devices. Please be patient.

2. The MR1’s may have automatically connected to a previously paired device that is within range and this will be evident by a solid rather than flashing blue status light. A short press of the Bluetooth button on the remote will disconnect this device and put MR1 back into pairing mode.

3. Your transmitter device may not be searching for available devices. Try turning the Bluetooth off and on again on your device.

4. Try turning the MR1s off and on again.
