Very occasionally a jolt of static can cause the display screen to blank out. The products continues to function, but no information is displayed.
To rectify this, disconnect the unit completely from the mains power supply, wait for a few seconds and then reconnect. When turned back on the display should function as normal. If for any reason the problem continues please contact us for further help and advice.
