Occasionally static electricity can cause the display screen to blank out. R2i continues to function, but no information is displayed.
To rectify this, disconnect completely from the power supply, wait for a few seconds and then reconnect. When turned back on the display should function as normal. If the problem continues, please contact us for further help and advice.
