For playback firstly ensure that iPod is selected with iPod source shown on the display. If you have fitted an adaptor it is important to ensure that you have fitted the correct unit for your model. Many adaptors look similar, but subtle differences in size may mean that your iPod/iPhone is not seated and connecting properly. Please also ensure that all connectors are clean and free from debris. If not totally clean, connection problems may occur. If for any reason your iPod or iPhone will still not connect, please contact us for further help.
