If you experience break-up or choppy sound on internet radio firstly check the bit-rate at which the station is being streamed. You can find this information by selecting MENU/INFO/SIGNAL FORMAT. With higher bitrate streams over 300 Kbps if your wi-fi or internet connection is slow or congested then you may experience problems with playback. One easy way to test is to select a lower bitrate station transmitting at 128kbs or less. If playback on these stations is OK, then please talk with your service provider about ways to improve your network speed and also check that your Wi-Fi signal strength is good where your Ruark is positioned.
