With the recent launch of iOS 13 it has come to our attention that users of iPhone 6,7 and 8 models and some earlier iPad models are unable to setup MRx using our Ruark LINK application! We will have an update that will resolve this problem soon, but for the time being customers should download and use an alternative application called UNDOK by Frontier Silicon. Frontier Silicon are the provider of our wi-fi technology and their generic UNDOK application is fully compatible with all of our connected products.
Also with iOS 13 it is important that you have location services turned on and set to ‘While Using the App’ or ‘Always’. If location services are turned off, then Ruark devices will not be discovered and displayed on your iOS device.
