With the launch of iOS 13 it came to our attention that users of iPhone 6, 7 and 8 and some earlier iPad models were unable to setup MRx using our Ruark Link app, because one of the NEXT buttons was missing in the setup process! We now have an updated iOS version of Link that resolves this issue, so if you do experience any problems, please ensure that you have the latest version (1.3xx) installed.
Also with the introduction of iOS 13 it is important that you have location services turned on and set to ‘While Using the App’ or ‘Always’. If location services are turned off, then Ruark devices will not be discovered on your iOS device and you may see a message saying that you are not connected to the internet.
