With the introduction of iOS 13xx it is important that you have location services turned on and set to ‘While Using the App’ or ‘Always’. If location services are turned off, then Ruark devices will not be discovered on your iOS device and you may see a message saying that you are not connected to the internet. Location services within apps are now a requirement of Apple.
