Firstly ensure that no other device in your home is connected. Your Ruark will automatically connect with the last known user, so please check this in the first instance.
If this is not the case, we suggest that you then clear the pairing list on your Ruark and also clear references to it on the device that you want to connect. To clear the pairing list press the MENU button when in Bluetooth mode and then turn the select/volume knob until you see ‘Forget devices’ on the display. Pressing the select/volume knob to select this option will clear the list of any previously connected devices and put your Ruark back into pairing mode so you can again reconnect.
