When our products are first powered up from new, they automatically scan the DAB network to see which services are available. During this process it is important that the radio is not touched and that the aerial has been correctly fitted and extended as instructed. If this has not been done then it is likely that not all stations will be detected and only the strong ones displayed. To correct this a new AutoScan/AutoTune or System Reset should be performed as instructed elsewhere in our Q&As.
